The Nigerian Army has called on youths in Ondo State to take advantage of the ongoing 91 Regular Recruitment Intake for Trades and Non-Tradesmen and women.
In a statement issued on April 2, 2026, the Army described the exercise as a valuable opportunity for patriotic young Nigerians to serve the country while building meaningful and rewarding careers.
According to the statement, the Army is seeking vibrant, disciplined, and committed individuals who are ready to uphold its core values of loyalty, integrity, courage, and selfless service.
“The recruitment exercise offers not only the honour of national service but also access to professional training, career growth, and opportunities across various fields, including Engineering, Medicine, Information and Communication Technology, Logistics, and Administration,” the statement noted.
Eligible youths in Ondo State have been encouraged to apply through the official Nigerian Army recruitment portal between March 30 and May 17, 2026. The Army emphasized that the application process is completely free and warned applicants to be cautious of fraudsters or middlemen seeking to exploit them.
The Army also appealed to traditional rulers, community leaders, parents, and guardians to sensitize and motivate young people to participate in the exercise.
It added that increased youth participation in the recruitment process would not only empower individuals but also contribute significantly to national security and unity.
The statement was signed by Major Njoka Irabor, Assistant Director, Army Public Relations, 32 Artillery Brigade, Nigerian Army.
