Ondo State Governor, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has congratulated Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, on his re-election for a second term in office, describing the outcome of the governorship election as a clear affirmation of the people’s confidence in his administration.
In a congratulatory message, Governor Aiyedatiwa said Governor Oyebanji’s victory at the polls reflects the overwhelming support of the people of Ekiti State for his purposeful leadership, inclusive governance, and development-oriented policies.
The Ondo governor noted that the renewed mandate is a testament to the remarkable achievements recorded by the Oyebanji administration, particularly in the areas of infrastructure development, economic growth, social welfare, and good governance.
According to him, the governor’s performance during his first term earned him the trust of the electorate, who have once again entrusted him with the responsibility of leading the state for another four years.
Aiyedatiwa expressed confidence that Governor Oyebanji would continue to build on the gains of his first term and further accelerate the pace of development across Ekiti State.
