The Managing Director of Dome Event Centre, in Akure Ondo State, Prince Akin Falodun, has congratulated elder statesman and leader of the pan-Yoruba socio-political group, (Afenifere) Reuben Fasoranti, on the occasion of his 100th birthday anniversary.
Falodun described Pa Fasoranti as “a rare patriarch whose life has become a lighthouse for generations yet unborn,” praising his integrity, courage, sacrifice and unwavering commitment to humanity and national development.
In a congratulatory message marking the centenary celebration, the Dome boss extolled the former Afenifere leader for his exemplary leadership and lifelong dedication to the progress of Nigeria and the Yoruba nation.
According to him, the elder statesman’s journey through a century of life has remained a shining example of patriotism, simplicity and selfless service.
“Your journey through one hundred remarkable years has been defined by integrity, sacrifice, leadership and an uncommon devotion to the progress of our people and nation. You have stood tall through history’s storms like an iroko tree rooted in truth and principle, inspiring countless lives with your simplicity, patriotism and fatherly guidance,” he said.
Falodun also prayed for continued peace, strength and sound health for the centenarian.
“As you attain this extraordinary milestone, may God continue to grant you peace, strength, sound health and the joy of seeing the enduring fruits of your labour flourish across generations,” the statement added.
He further noted that Pa Fasoranti’s legacy would continue to inspire generations to come.
“Nigeria is proud of you. Yorubaland reveres you. Akure adores you. Humanity celebrates you,” he stated while wishing the elder statesman a happy 100th birthday.
